sir please can u tell abt grace marks i have backlog in 3-1 i got 37 marks can i apply for grace marks process nw

my bro has 2 backlogs in 4-1..nw he is waiting for btech degree bt bcoz of these 2 subs he is unable to go further...can he apply?and wat abt the fees he paid for examinations?

he can apply if he is deficient of 1 or 2 0r 3 marks in those subjects.

hiiiiii sir this is moazzam danish i have 3 subjs two r 1st year (m1, na) and another is 3-2 subject.........
but i failed 1st year subject m-1 with two marks i got got 38 marks .............can i apply for it........
so that i can get my degree.......
