Exemption of 2 subjects,1st Year subjects from Compulsory Subjects for award of B.Tech (R07) Degree

sir i have passed all subjects in my b.tech (R07)during the year 2008-2012..exepect one subject that to first year edp sir..can i leave that subject????you told that from 2011batch onwards we can leave..but suddenly we got notice to wait upto 4-2results.results came but till now we dint get any information why?

Try to apply by using the previous years notification. if ur college ppl does not allow then wait untill the notification is issued.

If at all if u fail u can leave that subject under the exception of 2 subjects rule & u can get the degree.

Within 4 week u will get the CMM,PC to ur respective colleges.

According to R09 academic regulations u need to clear all the subjects from 1 to 4 years to get the degree.

I am R07 C.S.E student of Btech from JNTU Hyderabad. I have cleared all my subjects except M1 in 1st year and I have only one backlog in 1st year. Am I able to get a degree without clearing M1 or is it compulsory to clear all the first year subjects?
