At present u can't leave it as JNTUA did not issue any such notification for R07 students as JNTUH did it.

jntu hyd students requestes their university arounnd 40 students if jntu anantapur students who have facing tis problem requests jntu anantapur then they will give notification

According to the academic regulations of R09 JNTUA u need to secure 220 credits out of 220 credits in order to get the degree. if any exceptions are given we will inform u. As of now u need to clear all the subjects in order to get the degree.
