JNTUH : Status of the OD (Convocation-II)-For the Candidates Who had applied through challan

I went to the JNTU Hyderabad and applied there in the university for my convocation. Today i called them and asked about my status there are saying still the payment not recieved. I have the receipt can i call to the bank. I have background verification with CTS So i need convocation certificate in 15 days.

But there is no information available in this URL.

Please help me to get the convocation quickly.

How is to possible to apply directly at JNTUH. u need to apply through online for OD. anyways u will get the OD to the mentioned address within 10 days after u apply on online.

Sry buddy u/we can't trace the status of payment. if u got a receipt after payment is done then it means payment is made successfully. so don't worry u will get the OD soon.
