JNTU-HYD : Pre-Convocation 2011 To obtain OD (Original Degree certificate)

hey, i am of 03 batch, i had completed b.tech in 2010 november. i have obtained both cmm & pc. in which convacation i should apply.
i have tried for both 2010 post & 2011 pre convacations. in both the pages i am getting invalid pc number page, all the details i have entered are correct. can u help me out, is tr any helpline for convocation, the process for convacation have started or not?????????

i think u need to apply directly in JNTU as u r a 03 batch. can u mention ur regulation.

Actualely i am also facing the same problem i completed MBA in 2007 where in i recently applied in college for pc i got that on 30th may 2011. when i went to universtiy to apply for the convication they said since i got my pc on 2011yr i can not apply for convication untill they give notification. on requesting them they suggested to apply under pre-convication in the web i registerd in web for the pre-convication at first i got at pc error later when i give the same pc number when ask it accepted and got a reply saying that they will be reaching me within 24hr either through mail or through sms but till now no reply...when i open the web page again with login details i am getting a statment in redline saying my complaint is reigstered in particular date with hall ticket noxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx and with pc noxxxxxxxxxxxx...what is this how can i apply for convication since i need it very urgently is there any other process. kinldy let me know

Pre-convocation is before the convocation.

Post convocation is after the convocation.

convocation = where the students will be issued the OD's & gold medals (only university toppers will be called for the convocation).

Once find out from ur college whether they receviced the CMM,PC from JNTUH becoz few colleges got the CMM,PC's
