Ask ur parents or any one of ur friends to submit Requisition letter at JNTUH exam branch for name change. Ask them to mention in how many days then can issue the corrected certificates while applying for name change.

Yes u need to submit the original certificates (IN which the corrections to be made). U can enquiry about the time period for issue of memos at the exam branch itself while u r applying.

I have a problem with surname name in Original Degree, Provisional Certificate and Migartion Certificate.

My Surname in not in Expanded form and below is the detail.

SSC : P Kishore.

Intermediate: P Kishore.

Individual Semister Marks memos of B.Tech (First year - Final year): Pxxxxxxxxxx Kishore.

Original Degree: P Kishore.

Consolidated Marks memo: P Kishore.

Provisional Certificate: P Kishore.

Migration Certificate: P Kishore.

Passport and PAN Card:Pxxxxxxxxxx Kishore.

I would like to change my surname (from P to Pxxxxxxxxxxxx)to expanded form in Original Degree, Consolidate Marks Memo, Provisional Certificate and Migration Certificate.

What ever Name is mentioned on SSC marks memo will be mentioned on OD,CMM,PC.

i got my PC so i just wanted 2 confirm that can i change only my CMM and provisional or i have 2 change on every memo, i dont need any of dose memos for interview n all i just need PC and Convocation and if i submit PC 2day then wen will i get OD and with what name will i get OD so can u help me pls

It would be better if u change name on all memos. apply for name correction u can get them within one month. u will get the changed name on OD.

i've recently made a small correction in the s.s.c certificate regarding my name . i've recently received the pc and cmm from the college. so please guide me how to get my jntu certificates corrected. forgot to mention today i've applied for the name correction in the semister memos , cmm and pc. but they didn't take my pc and asked me to apply through the college . is it possible for the correction in the memos and pc.
