JNTU-HYD : Procedure For Duplicates Marks Memo's

[Administrator]

1) Requisition from the Student through the Principal.
In the case of the Students who completed their course, can submit directly their requisitions to the Controller of Examinations.

2) A D.D for the total amount @ Rs. 200/- per Marks Memo / CMM.

3) Duplicate Provisional Certificate cannot be issued as per the University norms.

Note: All Demand Drafts must be on any Nationalized Bank drawn in favour of “THE REGISTRAR, JNTUH” payable at HYDERABAD.

Sir,
the results were announced just a few days back.can we approach them now or we have to wait till they send the official memos to college(which takes almost 1 month nearly) and then we have to submit the form for additional memos in university?

I have to apply for MS by March 15th which is the final dead line for most of the universities and i need these memos urgently

It would take 10 days maximum to get the memos to ur college after results are declared. ask ur college ppl for the certificates.
