1) A DD for Rs. 5,500/-

2) Original copy of Police Report.

3) Photocopy of ID Proof.

4) Photocopy of Provisional Certificate / Degree Certificate.

5) Affidavit attested by First Class Magistrate on Rs. 20/- Non Judicial bond-paper.

Note: All Demand Drafts must be on any Nationalized Bank drawn in favour of “THE REGISTRAR, JNTUH” payable at HYDERABAD.

I'm now going thru the painful process of getting the duplicate degree certificate. Have the Police report and in the process of getting the affidavit from Magistrate.

I've 2 questions in this regards:

-Should the candidate apply in person? Unfortunately,I'm not in India now.
-hould I fill any application form?

And appreciate if you could tell me how long it will take to get the duplicate degree.

Tel any one of ur friends/relatives to apply on behalf of u. Just do the steps which are mentioned in the above dats it. At that time of applying for memos u can ask them within how many days u can get the memos.

My name in Provisional was not Correct.
I need to apply for correction, in how many days i can get the Provisional certificate...
I needed it urgently as i required to apply for OD.
To get the Corrected Provisional is there any TATKAL scheme... If so please give the details

Yes tatkal scheme is available in JNTUH. U need to pay an extra amount of Rs.1000/- for each in additional to correction fee. Follow the below url to find the process to apply for name correction
