JNTU is so irresponsible!!!!

Hello Administrator, I'm Sushil Kumar graduated from JBIET (moniabad,Hyderabad) as Bio-medical engineer (2007-2011 batch). I've passed out in 2011. For my higher education I wanted transcripts and came down to JNTU-H today and i took a DD and requested for transcripts copy. A shocking news came down!! In 2009 I had one Electrical technology supple and cleared in it April/may 2010. Jntu data base has no records regarding it and claims that i failed in ET till Nov 2009 and there is no data base that i passed.So they asked to get the results from my college JBIET in a T-sheet. I traveled all the way to college and made my college people to turn out all records and atlast I found my Electrical technology passed in April/may 2010 result print out and submitted back in JNTU.. But people her as so irresponsible and made me run here and there for about 2-3hrs and but no one responded to me, rather everyone were so harsh and it was so embarrassing. I ran round transcript office, enquiry office,etc. But no one gave me a solution. At last Some lady says "I don't believe that u passed. anyways bring your college staff and speak to us,Then we shall take some action.." How ridiculous this is!!! Which staff from my college wills to waste his/her time to solve my problem. Is this the solution you provide.What am i supposed to do. I'm in my peak time to get my documents and my university deadlines are heading. Please take some action immediately and provide me some solution.

Hey, i could still see this thread still without any conclusion what had happen .....admin pls get the news and response from the two sides so that we will have a hope that everything is going in right way in the jntuh.
