Sir im from 2-1 of CSE JNTUK i want to know the exact credits required for promotion to 3rd year n i hav 5 backlogs in my 1st year
According to R10 academic regulations A student shall be promoted from II to III year only if he fulfills the academic requirement of total 50 credits from regular and supplementary examinations of I year and II year examinations, irrespective of whether the candidate takes the examination or not.
Put ur marks in the below R10 calculators to know the credits which u secured till now.

sir iam in 2-2 now By last year 2012 jntuk have informed that 34 credits upto 2-1 is required for promotion to 3rd year by the rule1. I have 39 credits upto 2-1 now .Will you consider 34 credits upto 2-1 or is 50 credits upto 2-2 final . Pls tell me the genuine answer sir
The credits which are given in the last year is applicable only for that particular academic year. According to the academic regulations of R10 u need to secure 34 credits till 2-1 regular exams so that u can be promoted to 3rd year from 2nd year. Anyways every year JNTUK is giving concessions in credits for promotion to further class, so they might give concessions even in this cmng academic year. Credits & promotions rules will be released after II Semester exam results are declared.
