Regarding detain if credits are less.

Hello all,
I am lateral entry candidate joined in 2011.
I can go from 2nd to 3rd year without any credits,
But if i need to go to 4th year i need at least 42 credits, Is that right???
Also if my credits are less than to which year i will be detained to, 2nd or 3rd year.

U need to have 37 credits (Untill 3-1 regular exams) in-order to promote to 4th year. u will be detained to 3rd year if ur credits are less.

First of all don't share any external links of other websites here. u will be banned with out any notice if u share any links in future. all other website simply copy the content from JNTUWORLD only. That's was the last year credit system rules. Credit based promotions rules for this semester/year will be released after declaring all the results or after starting of this coming semester.

I had posted the data according to the academic regulations of ur particular JNTU region & according to ur year.

Actually i have joined as lateral entry for JNTUH B.Tech with R09 regulation in 2011.
Need one small clarification, the credits what you have said above are for JNTUH B.Tech R09 only?

Yes those are for B.Tech R09 only.
