    Hello, Shanth.

    Thank you for reply.

The notification says that I am eligible for 0.15% grace rule if I fail any subject by 1, 2 or 3 marks. And in my case all my subjects are cleared, I had 2 backlogs in 4-1 and cleared them in supplementary(May-2012).

Do I still have the chance to change my class ?

Thank you for your reply, Shanth.

I have last few doubts, please be patience enough clarify them.

    1) I am a May-2012 Passout, so which is the "advisable/less time taken" way to apply for class change? My college Principal or Controller of Examinations. Which way will take less time for me to receive PC, CMM and Memo back again after the Class Change ? My college is very far and travelling time is high so I want to go to Controller of Examinations directly. What do you suggest, Shanth ?

    2) Should I fill any form for the class change while submitting my PC, CMM and 4-2 Memo be it at my college or Controller of Examinations at JNTU, Hyderabad ?

    3) If I go to Controller of Examinations directly will the time-taken be less than that taken by principal ? And what is the exact procedure if I approach Controller of Examinations directly, like where exactly I have to go in JNTU Campus for it, any counter number as such ?

    4) If I go directly to Controller of Examinations for Class Change and submit my docs, how will I know by what date and time I should go again and collect my PC, CMM and 4-2 Memo after the class change ?

    5) How long will JNTU take to dispatch my Class Changed PC, CMM and 4-2 Memo ?

Thank you for you time and Patience, Shanth.

    Cheers \m/

    Regards,
    Bharath.

    Regards,
    Bharath.
We are here to help u always : ) .Here are answers for ur points.

    1) U can apply for class change in your respective college if u r still pursuing course or else u can submit at controller of examination if u completed ur course of study. If u r in a urgent need of memos then pay an additional amount of Rs.1000/- Per certificate (Tatkal Prorcess) to get the memos in fast way.

    2) Just submit a Requisition letter along with the memos.

    3) Yes time taken will be less if u apply directly at JNTUH. Procedure is same mentioned in the below url
u can apply at students service counters at JNTUH exam branch building.

    4) They will inform u within how many days u can get the memos.

    5) In tatkal process they may issue the memos soon but in normal way it may take a month or so.
