4-2 subject dilema. Urget respose needed.

Sir, I have an offer to study in US, I need to apply for Visa and I need to be there in July, I have a backlog in 4-2, I want to exempt that one, after submitting the undertaking form at college, how long will it take to get the exempted marks memo, if I goto JNTU with the I20(offer letter), will I get it soon. I need my exempted marks memo soon, what do I do. And my percentage is 59.55 after exempting two subjects, what if I want to retake my exam in the advanced supply, because I need a first class. what do you suggest ?. Should I take an advanced supply or move on with 59.55 %. If I take advanced supply in how long will I get result and when can be the exam date ?

if u are in a urgent need of memos then u can leave the subject & u can get the degree.u will get the memo's within a time span of 15 to 30 days after u apply for exception of 1 subject (U need to apply in ur college only). U can't apply in JNTUH.

Advance supple may be conducted in July 2012.it make take lot of days to get the memos if u want to write the advance supple.

I had heard that In few cases JNTUH had rounded up the % . hope it will be done in ur case even.
