U can collect the CMM,PC from ur respective college only. where has u will get the OD directly to ur home (To the address which u had mentioned while applying for OD).

When we collect our 4-2 memo,CMM,PC from our college..Are they sent to the respective colleges? If no,when we can expect them to be in our college..Is univ issuing 4-2 transcripts?

U can start collecting the memos from ur respective colleges. JNTUH already dispatched them. your college ppl need to collect the memos from JNTUH & should arrange to distribute them to students.
