how do i apply for post convocation of 07 regulation

Hope everyone here is good and fine.

I have been trying to apply for a post convocation of 07 regulation as I forgot to apply it for the last time.

Please I would be glad if someone can help me apply it only.

however, I have tried loging into this http://epayments.jntuh.ac.in/convocation/ and trying to apply but it asks me to register myself first but im enable to see where do I register myself from...

Please do help me as I was to do this as early as possible.

Post convocation notification is not yet issued for R07 regulation students (2011 or 2012 pass outs). Anyways post-convocation link is in the following url
