    Hello sir,
    I am a 2012 passout and have a backlog in 4-2 but i was benifited in rv.Now i dnt have any active backlogs. when will i get my memos , cmm and pc. I am going to travel abrode to do masters on 10th of aug 2012. Can i get all my certificates before 10th of aug? I am worried about that. PLs reply me. Thanks in advance.
