HI,
I got my PC and CMM yesterday. I want to change the name on both of them. What would be the DD amount to be paid for name change on CMM and PC. When I enquired in college they said to take the DD of amount 50 for CMM and 50 for PC. But this blog has posted 50 for CMM and 250 for PC. So, Please tell the DD amount for CMM and PC. And also does it require any declaration form for name change.

What ever mentioned here in JNTUWORLD is correct. if u want, u can verify it with the university. do one thing go to JNTUH & before u take DD ask the amount for name correction in any one of the student service counters which is at exam branch building of JNTUH. U can take the DD in university bank (a nationalized will be there in university) & u can apply for name change directly in JNTUH.
