Doubt in Online Convocation

I am 2007 pass out....Yesterday I personally went to JNTU and they completed the registration for me in counter 1
While registering online I found two questions..
Computer generated PC number and CMM serial number..but the person entered for both the same number and the challan was generated...I have already paid the challan amount...
After coming home I found out this...Will this be any problem for me...please tell me
And every time we log in to jntu site,it is generating a new challan but not showing details like we have paid...
So i have preserved the reciept..
In how many days will I get the OD and should I go collect it personally or will they send it home by post...After how many days should I go and enquire about this...

U will get the OD to the address u mentioned while registering for OD. don't worry nthng will happen.Just keep the receipt safe until u get the OD.

I am MCA-2007 Passedout, i am trying to apply for convocation through online but i am its giving error while clicking on payment button. Plz help me on this, its urgent

Verify whether u had given all the details in correct format. Try to clear the browser cache & try to click on payment button.Use mozilla firefox or chrome browsers only.

Yes, i have given all the details correctly, and also tried by clearing browser cache. but still got the same error. Since 3 days i am facing with this issue, Plz help me how to resolve this issue. My hall ticket no.04271F0011 and my PC no. is 2180682784. i am not able to communicate with JNTU people as i moved to mumbai. plzzz help me

Try to contact the convocation help desk on 040-32517275 or else contact One help-line desk which is made available at the student service section (Ground floor) of the Examination Building at JNTUH kukatpally.
