No u cant get any link to download halltickets , Just go on the exam day to college before one or 2 hours & take the hallticket if ur college is too far

jntu does not provide such type of system, you can only get them in ur college.

You can get all the previous papers from the below link

Just download the respective years papers & extract using winrar software & search for the subject that u need.

JNTU did not conduct any exams during feb-2011. last semester exams are conducted during Nov/Dec-2010.
