Its based on the fulfillment of credits. with out clearing the 1st year subjects u can be promoted to 4th year.

You need to have 70 credits till 3-1 regular exams or 84 credits till 3-2 regular exams to promote to 4th year.

Same rules will be applicable for RO7 also.Notification for this year will be released in few days
