Procedure to apply for Original Degree & Migration Certificate

For 2001 Pass out & prior batches U can follow the below process

1. You can download the "Application for award of degree/diploma" Form From the below link.

Fill the above form & follow the remaining steps.

2. A Xerox copy of provisional degree certificate(PC) & Consolidated Marks memo(CMM) issued by the University should be enclosed.

3. Students have to apply to JNTU, Kukatpally, after paying the required fee at the University. The application & fee details are available at JNTU, Kukatpally, or in the form which we had provided for download.

4. The Degree certificate will be sent to the student address by JNTU.

5. Students need not contact their respective College for these certificates.

u need to wait till JNTU releases the convaction notification.

Is ths application is valid for m.tech jntuh students also? PLS CONFIRM TO ME.

1. The procedure to get Original Degree will be announced by JNTU along with the announcement of convocation of that batch. Student may browse JNTU web site: www.jntu.ac.in for further details.

i had a doubt regarding undertaking form ,,, i had written a supply of 4-1,,,now can i delete that subject before the 4-1 supply result out's,,, can anyone help through this,,

actually i registered ifor convocation am 2011passout so i lost my password am unable to register again can i go to jntu and apply directly.................help me.

yes u can leave it by filling the undertaking form & submit in the college.

Yes u can apply i think so. go to JNTUH & u can get the details at counter no-1 in the examination section.

hi this is R07 student. i have cleared all the subjects and received PC and CMM and when i started applying for POST CONVOCATION 2011 ( from relevant link given) error is generating saying that we dont have any information regarding the PC No. provided or enter a correct PC No. please any one help me out, is this the same problem with other R07 students.
