Complete Info on issue of CMM & PC to B.Tech Students & Exception of 2 subjects

hello sir i have failed in dmdw in 4-1 and i have written supply for that exam and university notification says that .those students who failed in one or two subjects must apply before 26/06/2010
how can i apply without getting result of my 4-1 supply

whats the difference between CMM and PO...where CMM is required and where the PO required...can u pls tell me

CMM(CONSOLIDATED MARKS MEMOS ) in which 1st year to 4th year all the semesters marks will be indicated including the 2 subjects which u get less marks(they will be indicated with a start mark) or which we can leave (they will be indicated with a start mark)

PC( PROVISIONAL CERTIFICATES ) in which Your name,Your Roll No, Your Fathers Names, Total %, IN which division u passed your B.Tech etc..will be mentioned

i belong to RR batch, i was detained & i was re-admitted in R05 batch.....can i leave the 2 subjects to get memo...

in our college(examination cell candidate ) say's that he has no information about leaving 2 subject.. for RR batches who are readmitted in R05 batch...

plz confirm me sir...the information given by u will help us a lot.....

There is no such chance to leave 2 subjects for RR batch students who got detained & admitted into R05 Batch

The last date is for those people who are willing to leave the 2 subjects. You can apply for PC,CMM even after the 4-1 supple results are rleased

few are saying that we cannot leave a lab related subject
