The following points to be remembered while going for Paper Presentation

1. 1st slid should contain Title, name(s) with roll no(s), college name etc
   
2. Use footer for college name/title/page numbers etc
   
3. Use proper ( minimum with decency) animation
   
4. Use Ctrl-j for justify the paragraph
   
5. Heading color/font and contents color/ font should not be the same
   
6. Always better to write points on the slide and adjust the animation such that point by point should come when u hit the enter key and explain accordingly
   
7. U should not read the slid
   
8. Your explanation, speed, content on the slid should be synchronized
   
9. Practice more, so that u can speak fluently
   
10. Be care full with the words used by u, normally questions will be based on the same
    
11. Always use laser pointer and learn how to handle the same
    
12. Before u start, u should say “respected judges, faculty members and friend, good morning to all” then introduce your self and your topic (at that time 1st slid should be visible)
    
13. Prize is based on topic, animation, color bia-ground on the slid, communication skills, confidence on the face, time management, question answers, and over all synchronization.
    
14. U should have backup in mail, pen drive, and CD etc
    
    
15. Neat dressing also makes the difference
