Now I am in MBA IV Semester. I have some backlogs in I Semester. Whether I am eligible to submit my project report. While I am applying (Online Exam Registration) for IV Semester whether i need to select project report or not.

As per new regulations one can register/submit the project only if he clears all the subjects.
